Schedules will be sent out when the season begins. Teams are at discretion of the team manager and all teams must abide by the league rules. Depending on your team size and the league size, you may be assigned independently registered player(s) to join your team at least one week before the first game. You are responsible to have all of your team players sign the team code of conduct and pay your team fee ($300) at the Oldemeyer Center, prior to the first game. Gentle Yoga

 w/ Nancy Melton
Adults (Age 18+)
Class Days/Times: Wednesdays at 10 AM
Location: Dance Studio, Oldemeyer Center, 986 Hilby Avenue

Our Gentle Yoga Class is a modified Hatha Yoga practice with an aim to be accessible to those who might not otherwise be able to practice yoga. Emphasis is placed on:
  • Breath Awareness
  • Endurance
  • Flexibility
  • Gentle development of balance

Israeli Folk Dance

Thursdays at 6:30 PM
Location: Laguna Grande Hall, Oldemeyer Center, 986 Hilby Avenue

In this class designed for beginning to intermediate dancers you will:
  • Learn Israeli circle dances
  • Make new friends
  • Learn about the culture of Israel
  • Exercise your body and mind to music

Zumba Fitness

w/ Rosa Jong
Adults (Age 18+)
Class Days/Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 PM
Location: Dance Studio, Oldemeyer Center, 986 Hilby Avenue

Zumba is a high energy Latin dance exercise class. It is a highly effective full-body workout. Come have fun while exercising!

Self Defense & Awareness

Class Days/Times: Mondays at 7:45 PM

This class teaches adults of all skill levels self defense and awareness using Karate techniques to:
  • Increase awareness in situations of danger
  • Protect oneself
  • Increase physical endurance
