Submissions are due to City Hall by Saturday, 3/2 9 AM - 12 PM and must be picked up Friday, 4/26 12 - 6 PM.
Youth from Elementary, Middle, and High Schools from all over Monterey County compete for prizes. All artwork will be installed on a space available basis and professionally displayed in City Hall. This exhibit showcases the future artists of Monterey County and the world. Everyone is always impressed with the talent and level of professionalism of this annual event.

CATEGORIES:
- Graphics: drawings, illustrations, and printmaking.
- 2-Dimensional: watercolor, oil, acrylic, mixed media.
- 3-Dimensional: sculpture, ceramics, metal, paper, assemblage, mixed media, embellished objects, jewelry, furniture, pottery, weaving, sewing. (No kits or molds)
- Photography: black and white, color, or hand tinted.
- Digital: all forms made by technology.
