The Seaside Municipal Well Replacement Project
To ensure an adequate supply of clean, affordable, and reliable water for residents, City staff along with geo-technical experts will be conducting research to determine the best location for a new Seaside Municipal well.
No well site location has been determined at this time.
Over the next few months, residents will see contractors performing preliminary research and survey at potential viable locations.
The determination of a well location is a complex process which includes hydrogeologic studies and onsite research. Potential locations for the well include but are not limited to the golf courses, parks, and easement areas within the City. The goal of the research is to locate the most favorable location that would hydrogeologically produce the required water capacity to serve our current customers within the Seaside Municipal Water System.

Proyecto para Reemplazar Pozos Municipales de Seaside
Para garantizar un suministro adecuado de agua limpia, asequible y confiable para los residentes, el personal de la ciudad junto con expertos geotécnicos realizarán investigaciones para determinar la mejor ubicación para un nuevo pozo municipal de Seaside.
No se ha determinado la ubicación del sitio del pozo en este momento.
Durante los próximos meses, los residentes verán a los contratistas realizando investigaciones y encuestas preliminares en posibles ubicaciones viables.
La determinación de la ubicación de un pozo es un proceso complejo que incluye estudios hidrogeológicos e investigación en los sitios. Las ubicaciones potenciales para el pozo incluyen, pero no se limitan a, campos de golf, parques y áreas de conveniencia dentro de la Ciudad. El objetivo de la investigación es ubicar la ubicación más favorable que hidrogeológicamente produciría la capacidad de agua requerida para atender a nuestros clientes actuales dentro del Sistema de Agua Municipal de Seaside.
Una vez que se haya completado la investigación, el Ayuntamiento revisará y determinará la ubicación del pozo.
