Spring Camps

Full Day Camps (grade K-5)

Day Camp at the Oldemeyer Center

Camp activities are designed for children in Kindergarten through 5th grade. Every week offers a different theme along with crafts, indoor and outdoor games, sports, swimming, mini golf, and an exciting weekly excursion! Active participation is expected of all campers. Please note that all full day camp participants will be registered under one program and then divided according to grade level. Children should bring two snacks, a lunch, and water each day (no glass). Children must wear appropriate clothing and footwear. No flip flops.

Dates:

March 18-22, 7:45 AM - 6 PM
March 25-29, 7:45 AM - 6 PM

Cheer Camp at Soper Community Center

Cheer Camp gives boys and girls a non-competitive environment to have fun while learning basic cheers, stunts, tumbling, and dance routines. Children should bring two snacks, a lunch, and water each day (no glass). Children must wear appropriate clothing and footwear. No flip flops.

March 25-29, 7:45 AM - 6 PM


Sports Camps


Multi-Sports & Games Camp (age 6-12) at Cutino Park

Multi-Sports camp is designed to introduce participants to a variety of different sports in one setting. For this program, we combine 2-3 sports into one fun-filled week. Participants will learn the rules and basic fundamentals of each sport or game through skilled-based challenges and scrimmages.

March 18-22, 9 AM - 6 PM

Soccer Camp (age 6-12) at Cutino Park

Soccer camp is the perfect camp to introduce participants to the world’s most popular game. Camp focuses on dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, and defending. By the end of camp, your child will have developed life skills such as communication, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Our goal is to improve the youths’ soccer skills by preparing them to play on the playground or league level play.

Tennis Camp (age 8-18) at Wheeler Street Tennis Courts

The City of Seaside will sponsor a Beginning Youth Tennis Camp during MPUSD Spring Intercession. The goal of the program is to enhance basic skills and to prepare the participant for the intermediate and competitive tennis team.

March 18 & 20, 12:30 PM - 2 PM
March 25 & 27, 2 PM - 3:30 PM
