Project Description: This project includes the construction of a complete 66.6 kWAC Photovoltaic System including the construction of a parking canopy shade structure to be located on an existing parking lot as shown in the plans and specifications.

Procurement of Bidding Documents:
Bidders may obtain Bidding Documents from the City’s website at or can be purchased from the City of Seaside Public Works Office: 440 Harcourt Avenue, Seaside, CA 93955; by telephone – (831) 899-6835. There is a non-refundable fee of $150.00 charged for the plans and specifications and an additional $10.0 mailing fee to be paid in advance of mailing.

Instructions: Bidders shall refer to Document 00 2113 (Instructions to Bidders) for required documents and items to be submitted in a sealed envelope for submittal to the Office of the City Clerk, City of Seaside City Hall, 440 Harcourt Ave., Seaside, California 93955, no later than the time and date set forth in Paragraph 1.01 above.
