Public Safety

  1. Coffee with a Cop

    December 21, 2018, 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM @ Starbucks

The Seaside Police Department is hosting Coffee with a Cop Friday, December 21, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., at Starbucks, 1742 Fremont Blvd. in Seaside. All community members are invited to attend, ask questions, voice concerns, and learn more about the department and our officers. The majority of contacts law enforcement has with the public happen during emergencies or emotional situations. Those situations are not always the most effective times for relationship building with our community. Some community members may feel that officers are unapproachable on the street or are “too busy to be bothered.” Coffee with a Cop breaks down those barriers and allows for a relaxed, one-on-one interaction. The Seaside Police Department firmly believes in building strong relationships with our community and we looks forward to interacting and getting to know the citizens of Seaside.
