September is National Preparedness Month.
National Preparedness Month creates a focused opportunity for people to become engaged in emergency preparedness on an individual, family, neighborhood, and community level. In Monterey County many public, non-governmental, and private alliances are coming together to provide a wide variety of outreach activities during September.
