Open Houses
The City of Seaside is sponsoring the Open House to allow community members to learn about the Monterey Downs and Horse Park and Central Coast Veterans' Cemetery Specific Plan project that is being proposed in the City of Seaside. There is no formal agenda associated with the Open House. City of Seaside staff and the applicant will be available to answer questions. Come for 10 minutes or come for two hours to learn about the proposal. Refreshments will be served.

Scoping Meeting
The City of Seaside is preparing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) to study the environmental issues associated with the proposed project. There will be presentations by City staff, the applicant, and the EIR consultant. Members of the public will have the opportunity to tell the City what environmental issues they would like to see studied in the EIR.
