Inspections

Apartments

Annual inspection of residential occupancies made up of three or more connected dwelling units is mandated by the State of California.

In conducting these inspections, it is our goal to provide the citizens of Seaside with the safest possible living conditions. The regulations we have posted here not only protect tenants of these buildings, they also protect the building owners’ investment by reducing the chances of fire and by slowing the spread of fire, should one start.
