The City of Seaside offers a FREE six week Public Safety Citizens' Academy. This engaging and informative program is designed to increase understanding of Fire and Police operations. It also affords community members the opportunity to interact with our outstanding personnel. 

Topics include: Firefighting, Emergency Medical Services, Fire Prevention, Technical Rescue, Drone Use in Public Safety, Investigations, CSI, Narcotics, K9, Dispatch, SWAT and more!

Class Details:

Class size is limited to twenty. Participants must be at least 18 years old and will be selected on a first come, first serve basis. When a new class is announced, you can submit application online or return application to Seaside Police Department, 440 Harcourt Ave.
